STUDIO POLICIES

BOOKING POLICY:

GLOW SKIN LASH BROW requires a credit card on file to hold an appointment.  Appointments will not be scheduled without a credit card on file -  you can also opt to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. 

Deposits will transfer over to rescheduled appointment if cancelled within the required 24 hour notice.



CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: 

 

I value and appreciate your business.  I set aside a specific amount of time for each service to ensure quality care and a positive experience.  I respectfully require to be notified within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.  If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice, you may be charged 50% of your service(s) as a cancellation fee.  Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours and appointment reminders will be sent out 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to make any changes if necessary. 
 

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100%  for the scheduled services.

If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please contact me via phone and I will try my best to accommodate you.  However, please note that the length of your treatment may be shortened to ensure your appointment does not run into the next clients appointment and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service(s).  If you are more than 20 minutes late you will need to reschedule and will be charged 100% for the scheduled services and marked down as a NO SHOW.  After 3 NO SHOWS you will have to prepay for all future appointments and will not be refunded if you miss your appointment without notice or with less than 24 hour notice. 
 

I understand that life happens and things come up unexpectedly, and I take that into consideration when clients need to reschedule last minute.  I want to be as flexible and understanding as possible.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

RETURNS:

It is our pleasure to help you find the right products for you!  If for any reason you are unhappy with your product purchase, we offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy within 7 days of purchase (for any unopened products) and will help you find something more suitable to your needs.  Please request any samples if you wish to try any products before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ANY OPEN PRODUCTS AND TREATMENTS RECEIVED.
