At Glow Studio, time is thoughtfully reserved for every guest—both new and returning—up to two months in advance. As a small business, our cancellation policy ensures we can continue providing the highest level of care when unexpected changes arise.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • These fees are not refundable and cannot be applied toward future appointments.

  • All balances must be paid before new appointments may be scheduled.

  • Glow Studio reserves the right to refuse future bookings to any guest who repeatedly cancels late or fails to show.

Card on file requirement:

A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Cards will only be charged if used for checkout or in the event of a late cancellation/no-show.

Declined payment:

If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be processed, an invoice will be issued. Services cannot be rebooked until the balance is paid in full.

Late Arrivals:

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will be charged as a late cancellation.

Appointment abuse:

Glow Studio reserves the right to discontinue services for guests who repeatedly no-show, cancel last minute, or otherwise abuse the scheduling system.

Cancellation procedure:

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Changes or cancellations can be made through your Vagaro account (website or app) or by contacting Glow Studio directly by text or voicemail. Please refrain from canceling via email or social media.​

Late arrival policy:

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and this may be considered a late cancellation. Prompt arrival ensures we can give you the full treatment experience you’ve reserved.​

Refund policy:

  • Treatments: All services are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Retail Products: Unopened and unused products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible.

  • Packages & Gift Certificates: Final sale; non-refundable and non-transferable.
